Reviews:
This is expect above average Pakistani-style fast food; The success of the operation can be judged by the number of locals who perpetually pack the place…..Ridiculously low prices…… Time out

Out of 8500 curry restaurants in the UK , the Lahore Karahi is one of only which has achieved a sufficient standard of excellence to warranty inclusion in. Pat Chapman's COBRA Good Curry Guide International

The Lahore karahi serves cracking Pakistani cooking at low prices; consequently it is packed with locals, particularly on a Sunday , when families predominate.
Service is swift, cheerful and courteous.
Evening Standard

Baseball-capped staff are extremely friendly, Outstanding nan bread and all baked to order. Good sweet and sour lassis.

Great Food from this place. Always eat here when I go into Town on a trip when I have a few hours to kill.

I came across this site on a search to see when they open on a Sunday as we just got back from Holiday and fancied a great spice rush.

I live in Horley Surrey and am just about to go to Tooting just to pick up a take away. Need I say more?

No frills restaurant, just great food and if you do want to eat in you can take your own beer, wine or whatever. They will even give you a glass for it!

If you really enjoy authentic pakistani cuisine, do yourself a favour and visit.

Parking not too bad after 7pm

This is my Fav restaurant, went there last night and its still the best!!!

My advice, have the Chicken Korma, with egg fried rice and a keema Nan . Did the Nan in the sauce, its Heaven!!!!

I have been a fairly regular visitor to this restaurant over the years. Sure it isn't glamourous - simple cafe style tables and chairs, noisy and the toilets are to be avoided if possible. However, it has a certain charm and the food is simply delicious! The staff are attentive and service is swift, without making you feel rushed to get out of there. The mango lassi is wonderful - thick and generous, quite unlike many other restaurants. Everything we've chosen off the menu has not been disappointing - great flavours, decent sized portions and they don't charge for the condiments - which remain on the tables after the poppadoms have been finished - SO REFRESHING!

Be warned - save some space for dessert. The falooda.. mmmm. So naughty but so so nice. And wonderful when you get the bill - so cheap! :)

It may not be your ideal location for a romantic first date. But I take my man here now... Highly recommended.

We normally eat at this superb restaurant, even though we have to travel several miles to get to Tooting.

It is always full.

Basic "cafeteria style" brightly lit BUT EXCELLENT FOOD. Good if you like meat; veg dishes also very good.

For starters try chops, lamb tikka, and sheekh keebab with naan.

For mains try Dhal gosh, Chicken jalfrezi, meat curry, bhindi curry with plain rice.

Especially a good deal when - recently they had offered a "2 for 1" deal
